The space
The independent apartment 7 of 35 sq.m., bathed in natural light, is located on the 2nd floor of the building and accommodates 2 people (like most houses of the 60s, Votsala does not have an elevator).

It offers an independent double bedroom that includes a Queen size bed with an anatomical media strom mattress, a choice between a thinner or fluffier pillow, soft white sheets and a feather duvet that will ensure a calm and restful sleep.

In the single living room – kitchen area with high aesthetic and quality furniture, you will create unforgettable moments of relaxation by watching a movie on the large screen of the smart TV available in the space or playing your favorite board game.

The elegant, stylish decor in earth tones, combined with state-of-the-art electrical appliances, offer guests a pleasant and functional atmosphere.

Just 1 minute from the apartment, you can catch bus 49 and be in Omonoia, in the heart of Athens!!Public transportation is literally at our doorstep!!! Enjoy the experience!!

Its non tourist-heavy location is optimal for convenient 15-20 minute walking access to the Acropolis, Thissio, Plaka, Monastiraki, Gazi and metro station. Just steps away, treat your inner Muse to stunning views and a stroll on the wooded trails of the sacred Hill of the Nymphs, Filopappou.. all sure to make your stay in Athens both magical and memorable.

The space
The apartment is fully renovated with all new furniture, laminate flooring, appliances (smart air conditioner, 50 inch smart tv, refrigerator, stove/oven, dual washer dryer). The large L – shaped sofa in the living room can easily accommodate another guest as a bed. The main bedroom has a new high end queen mattress which provides a restorative sleep.

Other things to note
Ano Petralona is a charming old traditional residential neighborhood in the city center with easy access to Piraeus port.

The hill of Filopappou is just a 5 minute walk from our front door where you can explore a number of wooded nature trails conveniently linked to the Acropolis.
There is a generous choice of traditional tavernas, coffee shops and bars closeby as well as the Petralona
metro, bus and trolley.
Pick up fresh produce, local honey and seasonal fruit from our local farmer’s market on Fridays.
Enjoy a glass of wine and a vintage movie at one of the oldest open air cinemas, Zefyros, also a couple of blocks nearby.

The space
This charming 6th-floor studio in Exarchia offers breathtaking views of the Acropolis and Lycabettus Hill, making it a perfect retreat for couples or solo travelers seeking inspiration, focus, and relaxation. Designed with comfort and style in mind, the space features a cozy double bed, air conditioning, and a modern bathroom with a refreshing shower.

The fully renovated kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, and all essential cooking utensils. The bright and airy atmosphere is complemented by newly installed windows that enhance both insulation and soundproofing. A flat-screen TV provides entertainment, while the apartment’s thoughtful layout ensures a welcoming and functional living space.

One of its standout features is the spacious veranda, where you can unwind while admiring the stunning panoramic views. Complete with a barbecue, it’s an ideal spot for outdoor dining or simply enjoying a coffee in the morning sun.

For added peace of mind, the apartment meets all safety regulations and is equipped with a smoke detector, emergency exit plan, fire extinguisher, and a first-aid kit. Guest access
Visitors can reach the 6th-floor studio using either the building’s elevator or the staircase. Once inside, they have full access to the apartment’s interior spaces and the spacious veranda, perfect for relaxation and enjoying the breathtaking views.

However, the use of the storage room located next to the apartment’s entrance is strictly prohibited. Additionally, for safety reasons, guests must not climb over the railings that separate the veranda from the rooftop area.

Other things to note
If the booking falls within the high season (April to October), the manager will need to collect the additional charge for the Climate Resilience Tax directly from the guest. The platform has set this tax at the winter rate (€2 per night), but it does not have the functionality to adjust it based on seasonality. Therefore, if the reservation is made in advance for the summer period, the guest will be required to pay the adjusted summer rate of €8 per night (i.e., an additional amount of €6).
Guests will be provided with the relevant legislation for full transparency.
