Guest access
Visitors can reach the 6th-floor studio using either the building’s elevator or the staircase. Once inside, they have full access to the apartment’s interior spaces and the spacious veranda, perfect for relaxation and enjoying the breathtaking views.
However, the use of the storage room located next to the apartment’s entrance is strictly prohibited. Additionally, for safety reasons, guests must not climb over the railings that separate the veranda from the rooftop area.
Other things to note
If the booking falls within the high season (April to October), the manager will need to collect the additional charge for the Climate Resilience Tax directly from the guest. The platform has set this tax at the winter rate (€2 per night), but it does not have the functionality to adjust it based on seasonality. Therefore, if the reservation is made in advance for the summer period, the guest will be required to pay the adjusted summer rate of €8 per night (i.e., an additional amount of €6).
